quality Process
Why ?
Learners’ mobility is both highly desirable, because everyone perceives its development potential for both the young and for the institutions involved, and at the same time a source of concern for all parties ... How will young people be hosted, what kind of supervision during and especially outside of training times? How to ensure the content offered, the activities undertaken, etc.. ? What kind of recognition for learning outcomes acquired during mobility periods? The main objective of the quality process driven by the network NETINVET is to overcome fear to promote mobility of learners.
How ?
The quality process of NETINVET network is based on 3 pillars: - Shared references on qualification and training, built on a European scale, as recommended by the European Commission in the area of sustainable development of professionalization. - A network of volunteer training centres directly involved in the implementation of quality assurance. - A procedure for preparing, monitoring and evaluating mobility operations based on charters jointly developed, and ensuring transparency and respect for the principles of the network.
Institutional support
The NETINVET network, which arouse from several European projects supported by the European Commission, maintains close links within training institutions of the Member States, social partners and training centres. The ECVET network also supports the NETINVET initiative, considered as an experimentation complying entirely with its recommendations.
Through 2 tools
The NETINVET network is structured around two tools to support the mobility of learners coming from training centres member of this network: - A website dedicated to mobility with a public space that presents the network and its tools and a private space that allows members to communicate, organize mobility operations, enhance their experiences and evaluate the network and its quality process. - An association of member organizations of the network that ensures the sustainability of the quality process, monitoring, control and evaluation of tools and widely disseminates the culture of the network.
Quality charter for the training centers of the network The charter commits the training centers in a quality process covering from mobility to evaluation of the operation. It goes beyond teaching content and includes the daily life of the learners in mobility in an intercultural context. 2-quality charter for training center netinvet.pdf Quality charter for hosting companies in mobility of learners Each member training center builds a network of companies complying specifically with all the network requirements to offer high quality work placements to learners in mobility. To formalize the commitments of the companies, a quality charter has been developed. It addresses the learning, social and intercultural aspects of work placements. It does not replace agreements and contracts developed to cover each specific learning mobility operation. quality charter for companies netinvet.pdf
