NETINVET is a dynamic European network that fosters the mobility of young learners in vocational education and training (VET). By connecting training centers, professional organizations, and companies across Europe, NETINVET facilitates high-quality international mobility experiences, ensuring that acquired skills and competences are recognized across borders. With a strong focus on trust, quality, and sectoral collaboration, the network provides structured mobility opportunities that enhance students' professional and personal development while strengthening the European workforce.

Over 100 VET centers and professional organizations across 11 European countries who work together to facilitate mobility for VET learners:


  • VET centers: level 3, 4 to 5 diploma in the field of one or 4 economic sectors developed by Netinvet.


  • Countries: France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Estonia, Netherlands, Finland, Latvia, Island, Croatia, Germany.


  • Professional organizations supporting Netinvet: AFT (transport & logistics) & ANFA (automotive)

A Sector-Based Approach for High-Quality Mobility

The development of Netinvet Network follows a sector based approach. 4 sectors are currently covered by Netinvet Network: 


  • International trade
  • Transport & logistics
  • Automotive maintenance (cars, trucks, bicycles, motorcycles)
  • Retail


By organizing such a sector based approach, NETINVET provides a structured, high-quality, and recognized mobility experience for VET learners, teachers, and professionals across Europe. 


Job shadowing opportunities
Job shadowing opportunities

Several times a year, Netinvet organizes Job Shadowing experiences to enhance professional development and mutual trust among members. Examples : Job Shadowing in the Region of Catalonia in November 2024 (4 sectors). In April 2025, Netinvet members in the Automotive sector participated to a Job Shadowing organized with ANFA in the Parisian Region. Other learning expeditions were organized in the Netherlands in November 2025 (4 sectors) and in the Chambéry region in February 2026 (automotive sector). Those Job Shadowing are an opportunity for teachers and mobility managers to discover new practices and exchange experience with their peers.

Annual forum
Annual forum

An event that brings together members to share experiences, best practices, and strengthen collaborations thanks to workshops and matchmaking sessions. 


Each year a VET Center welcomes between 150 and 200 attendees (Finland in 2023, Vic – Catalonia in 2024, the Netherlands in 2025 …).


Next annual forum will be hosted in Italy in November 2026.
