NETINVET recognizes the importance of mobility not only for learners but also for teachers and trainers. By facilitating professional exchanges, the network aims to improve teaching practices and foster a culture of continuous learning among educators. Various activities and projects sustain this teachers / trainers mobility : job shadowings, KA2 projects (2 validated KA2 projects on progress in 2026 involving only Netinvet members).
We ensure to help educators establish strong ties with European colleagues, facilitating discussions on mobility projects, sectoral developments, and new opportunities. A matchmaking app is also available within the Network to foster the exchanges between peers.
